Choosing where to go

An outpatient clinic for musculoskeletal care

Nucellin Orthopedic Clinic welcomes people living in Seoul and visitors who need an assessment of joint, tendon or spine symptoms. Your visit begins with a conversation about the problem and a physical examination. You do not need to choose an injection or treatment package before you contact us.

The clinic focuses on non-surgical and regenerative orthopedic care. The first decision is whether the symptoms can appropriately be managed here, whether further tests are needed, or whether a different service should be considered. Tell us what has changed, how long it has been happening and which everyday activities are difficult.

Your treating doctor

Dr. Kim Hee-Jun

Consult directly in English with the orthopedic specialist who evaluates your condition and plans your care.

Your history, examination and available imaging are considered together before treatment is proposed.

Tests and treatment

Understand the proposed plan before proceeding

X-ray and ultrasound are available on site when the doctor considers them useful. An MRI is not automatically required for every visit. Nucellin does not have an on-site MRI scanner; imaging can be arranged at a nearby radiology centre when needed.

A proposed plan may include rehabilitation, shockwave therapy or a discussion of an injection-based approach, depending on the assessment. The consultation explains why an option is being considered, its alternatives and the follow-up it involves. A regenerative procedure is not the default next step for every patient.

Ask for the cost of consultation, imaging and any proposed treatment to be explained separately. Our insurance and payment guide describes written estimates and the documents available for claims.
